Simons (ankle) had 26 points (9-20 FG, 6-12 3Pt, 2-3 FT), one rebound and three assists in 33 minutes during Sunday's 116-111 loss to Minnesota.
EDGE Analysis
Simons returned following a three-game absence and delivered another quality showing on the offensive end of the court. In fact, if removing the game against Spurs on Dec. 2 in which he suffered the injury, he's now scored in double digits in five straight appearances, surpassing the 20-point mark twice in that span. He's not expected to start any time soon as long as CJ McCollum and Damian Lillard remain on the team, but there's no question Simons' stock is on the rise.
