Hawks waived SG DeShawn Stevenson. Stevenson appeared in 56 games for the Hawks last season, averaging 5.1 points while playing 20.7 minutes a night. He had two years and roughly $4.4 million remaining on his contract, so expect the buyout to be around that amount. Stevenson is known as a defensive stopper, but his offensive ineptitude will keep his market cool. Over the last four seasons, he's shot 34.6 percent (321-of-927) from the field.
