Gutierrez signed a training camp contract with the Nets on Wednesday, Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reports.

Gutierrez found minimal interest at the start of the 2015-16 season, but eventually signed a pair of 10-day contracts with the Hornets in February, which led to him signing with the team for the rest of the season. He finished the year playing in just 12 games, while posting 1.8 points, 0.6 rebounds and 1.4 assists over five minutes per outing. This contract is little more than a training camp deal and considering the Nets already have 15 guaranteed contracts, it's unlikely he makes the final regular season roster.
