Grizzlies GM Chris Wallace said that Adams continues to rehab his surgically-repaired right knee and it still hasn't been determined if he'll play in the Summer League, Peter Fleischer of FOX 13 Memphis (WHBQ) reports.
EDGE Analysis
Updates on Adams' condition have been rather sparse since he underwent what ultimately proved to be season-ending arthroscopic surgery on the knee in early January. Adams played just two games in 2015-16 -- with none coming after Nov. 2 -- and has appeared in only 32 games total during his two NBA seasons. The 2014 first-round pick's injury issues look as if they could put his career at risk, and at the moment, it appears doubtful that he'll be able to recover in time to play in the Summer League. If that's the case, Adams could be at risk of losing his roster spot heading into the upcoming season.
