Greivis Vasquez will start in place of DeMar DeRozan on Monday. Steve Novak started on Monday and it didn't go well for the sharpshooter, so coach Dwane Casey is going to change it up. The Raptors have used a lot of lineups with Vasquez and Kyle Lowry, so Vasquez could be a cheap source of assists tonight.
