Greivis Vasquez has reached an agreement to re-sign with the Raptors for $13 million over two years. He was a restricted free agent, but there was never really a doubt he'd be coming back, especially after the Raptors traded away Steve Novak. Vasquez gets a hefty raise here from just $2.1 million last year, so the Raptors may have went a bit over market value for a backup point guard. They also dropped $48 million over four years for their starting Kyle Lowry. GV won't have much fantasy value as a backup. The Raptors also have brought in Lou Williams. Guess what their favorite position is this offseason.
