Green will be missing a second consecutive game, as he also was held out of Sunday's contest versus the Jazz. Kyle Anderson drew the start in his place at shooting guard Sunday, posting six points, 10 rebounds, four assists and three steals across 32 minutes. He'll be the favorite to remain with the starting five, although guys like Jonathon Simmons and Manu Ginobili could also benefit from the absence.
