Green had eight points (3-7 FG, 2-5 3Pt), and one assist in 20 minutes against the Spurs on Wednesday. Green has been playing some back up point guard lately, mostly to give Elfrid Payton (knee soreness) some extra relief. Payton played 40 minutes on Wednesday, finishing with 14 points on 6-8 shooting to go along with nine assists and six rebounds. If Payton is healthy, Green is less likely to garner minutes at the point guard position moving forward.
