The third-year pro finally made his return after an 18-game absence, and was reasonably productive over his abbreviated time on the court. Jeff Withey has performed well in Gobert's stead over the last seven games in particular, but the Stifle Tower is expected to eventually reclaim a solid share of minutes once his conditioning is back to full strength. However, Withey's recent play figures to give coach Quin Snyder the confidence to give Gobert a reprieve from the 35 minutes per contest he averaged over the last seven games before his injury.
