GM Tony DiLeo said that Andrew Bynum "is considering" arthroscopic knee surgery. This is confirmation from a couple of previous reports that Bynum was considering yet another procedure on his troublesome knee. If he goes under the knife, Bynum will go through the entire season without ever playing a game for the Sixers. Still just 25 years old, Bynum's probably going to battle knee issues his entire career and will be looking for a huge payday as an unrestricted free agent in the offseason. The fact that he's having cartilage issues this early in his career is extremely troubling as that's not something that will go away any time soon.
