Gasol will start at center for Wednesday's Game 2 against the Rockets, Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News reports.

The veteran center started every game he played in through Jan. 17, but after a 14 game absence he returned in a reserve role. Dewayne Dedmon excelled in the starting lineup while Gasol was sidelined, so the Spurs stuck with that unit. However, Dedmon fell out of the rotation in the first round in favor of David Lee. After getting routed in Game 1 against the Rockets, the Spurs will now go back to the LaMarcus Aldridge and Pau Gasol frontcourt pairing that played the first half of the season together. Expect Gasol to see a slightly increased workload as a result.
