Free agent Josh Howard will visit the Bulls, Wizards, Nets and Spurs this week. Howard is drawing heavy interest as a veteran off the bench, and he'll be looking to once again rebuild his stock after a knee injury knocked him out of action last season. He won't establish any consistent fantasy value until he proves he can stay healthy.
