Free agent Craig Smith has had preliminary talks with the Pacers. Smith, aka 'the Rhino', is as close to an NHL-style enforcer as you'll find in the NBA. He averaged 3.3 points and 2.3 rebounds in under 10 minutes per game with the Blazers last season, a fair indication of his value.
