Favors produced two points (1-6 FG), seven rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block across 15 minutes Friday in a 98-93 loss to the Jazz in Game 6 of the series.
EDGE Analysis
Favors has come off the bench the last three games with Rudy Gobert returning from a two-game absence due to a knee injury, and after providing 17 points in Game 4, Favors has seen his offensive outputs dry up in the subsequent two contests. He's combined to produce six points on 3-of-9 shooting over that span, prompting coach Quin Snyder to hand Favors below 20 minutes in both contests. Expect the former starter to again see only a limited role off the bench in Sunday's Game 7, as he hasn't shown he's capable of returning to the form that saw him average 16.4 points and 8.1 rebounds per game a season ago.
