EDGE Analysis
Post had been a feel-good story for the Warriors lately, with the rookie second-round pick having averaged 10.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.2 three-pointers in 17.6 minutes over Golden State's last five contests to cement his spot in the rotation. He was elevated to the starting five in place of the struggling Trayce Jackson-Davis on Wednesday, but he struggled to make any sort of positive impact, finishing with two turnovers and three fouls. Head coach Steve Kerr went with Kevon Looney at center to open the second half, and Looney could move into the starting five in the Warriors' next game Friday versus the Suns.
