Elton Brand hit 6-of-8 shots for 12 points, seven rebounds and three blocks in 21 minutes off the bench on Tuesday. He was probably the best Hawks player tonight and we're not quite sure why he's not starting over Gustavo Ayon as they await the return of Pero Antic. Before you get too excited and pick Brand up, take a look at his game log. he's scored 12, 8, 18, 0 and 10 points in each of his last five games, and will have a hard time being consistent as long as he's coming off the bench. But if you're in a deep league and need some boards, blocks and potential scoring, give him a look.
