Elton Brand had just two points and four rebounds in 15 minutes off the bench on Saturday. We've come to expect these disappearing acts from Brand, which have less to do with his play than the strategems of Rick Carlisle. With Dirk Nowitzki's return visible on the horizon, there's not a lot of upside for EB.
