Doug Collins confirmed on Saturday that Andrew Bynum (knee) is unlikely to play in another preseason game, and he suggested that Bynum could be sidelined into the regular season. "If Andrew misses some games, we've got to be prepared to win some games without him," Collins said. "Obviously, when he's out there, our team is going to be a lot different." Fantasy owners (and Sixers fans) shouldn't panic, but this is a growing concern -- Bynum's knees have been problematic for years, and it doesn't seem like the platelet-rich plasma treatment he underwent this summer was the 'miracle cure' it has been for other athletes. The regular season begins in two weeks, and Bynum is under our microscope.
