Diaw was traded to the Jazz in exchange for the rights to 2015 second-round pick Olivier Hanlan on Tuesday, Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical reports.

Diaw will head to Utah after spending the past four seasons in San Antonio. The move comes as a way for San Antonio to clear cap space in order to sign Pau Gasol, who agreed to a two-year, $30 million contract with the Spurs over the weekend. Diaw will add veteran presence to the Jazz's frontcourt as he will likely compete for minutes off the bench with the Trey Lyles and Jeff Withney.
