Dellavedova was considerably more productive than his 17-minute stint Wednesday in the preseason opener, where he mustered only two points over 17 minutes. The 25-year-old played shooting guard again Thursday, with Mo Williams taking over point guard duties in the absence of Kyrie Irving (knee). Dellavedova is expected to revert back to the regular bench role he previously held whenever Irving was healthy enough to take the court, but gained invaluable experience in last season's playoff run.
