Darrell Arthur suffered a mouth injury from getting elbowed and will not return to Friday's game. He was staggering to the locker room and he's most likely undergoing concussion tests. Arthur has some bad luck when it comes to injuries and he broke his leg in the summer. He's not on the radar in fantasy leagues.
