Darrell Arthur (hip) will not play against the Blazers on Thursday night. He is also doubtful for Saturday's game against the Pacers. Arthur's injury has been called a hip and a groin issue, but Thursday will be his fifth game out of the lineup. He's only played 18.2 minutes per game and doesn't have much fantasy value to begin with.
