Daniel Gibson is a late scratch for Tuesday with a lingering right elbow injury. He played on Monday but the elbow, which has bothered him for some time, acted up on him again on Tuesday. This should mean more minutes and production opportunities for Jeremy Pargo, who is filling in at point guard for Kyrie Irving.
