Cousins shined brightest in a contest that featured several prominent big-men, notching his highest scoring output since joining the Pelicans thanks to excellent shooting numbers, particularly from long range and at the foul line. He also came through with his second-best rebounding performance since the trade while contributing multiple steals and multiple blocks for just the second time. Cousins' production has been a big more volatile of late but this is certainly a positive development in his quest to assimilate.
