Corey Maggette scored 10 points in 27 minutes as a starter on Sunday, and Gregg Popovich said that he's "caught on to what [the Spurs] are trying to do." Maggette went 8-of-8 from the FT line and he could bring some offense and SF depth to the bench, but his roster spot isn't guaranteed. There will be extra scrutiny on him in the coming week because he said he plans to retire if the Spurs waive him.
