Conley, who underwent surgery on his face Monday, is expected to need around 48 hours for swelling to subside and his playing status to be updated accordingly, Yahoo! Sports reports. Conley has already been ruled out of Monday's Game 4 in Portland, after taking a shot to the face during Saturday's third straight victory over the Blazers. While Conley's face heals from surgery, Beno Udrih (ankle) and Nick Calathes are expected to alternate time manning the Grizzlies' point guard position. Nonetheless, Conley's future status should be updated some time in the next couple days, and Memphis has a big enough lead in their current series to feel relatively comfortable without Conley available for the time being.
