Grizzlies coach David Fizdale brought Conley off the bench for the first time all season as a means of limiting the point guard's workload for the front end of a back-to-back set, with Andrew Harrison entering the starting five in his stead. Though the Grizzlies weren't able to come away with a victory, Fizdale successfully reduced Conley's workload, with the floor general seeing his fewest minutes of the season.
