Conley (face) will undergo surgery Monday to repair multiple fractures in facial bones, NBA TV reports. Conley has already been ruled out for Monday's Game 4 in Portland, and he isn't a good bet to return for Wednesday's Game 5, if the Trail Blazers are able to extend the series. While the need for surgery obviously isn't a good sign, Conley could still return to action at some point this postseason. The Grizzlies have yet to provide a timetable.
