Conley (face) deemed himself "day-to-day" and said he hopes to return at some point during the Grizzlies' second round series against the Warriors, the Memphis Commercial Appeal reports. Conley, who underwent surgery to repair three facial fractures Monday, was in the house for the Grizzlies' series-clinching win over the Blazers on Wednesday, and he spoke to the TNT crew about his injuries. "We're hopeful that it'll be sooner than later," Conley said. "It has a lot to do with swelling... (the injuries) were pretty serious to my knowledge." Team doctors told Conley that the injuries won't fully heal for 4-to-6 weeks, but the bigger issue is swelling, which can skew Conley's depth perception. Once the swelling subsides, Conley will likely attempt to return to the court, and he'll be required to don a mask until the fractures fully heal.
