Conley took it upon himself to lead the Grizzlies to victory and move to 10 games above .500. Even though he committed three turnovers, Conley's overall efficiency was fantastic considering the fact that he is now attracting more attention minus Marc Gasol (foot). Conley is set to become a free agent this summer, and he figures to have more bargaining power if he can help salvage the season and avoid letting his team slip out of the playoff race.
