Collison produced 22 points (7-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 6-6 FT), eight assists, three rebounds and one block across 28 minutes in Saturday's 124-119 preseason win over the Wizards.
EDGE Analysis
Ty Lawson (personal) wasn't available Saturday, so Darren Collison might have benefited from more playing time in the exhibition than he otherwise would have received. Collison is locked in as the Kings' starting point guard, but he'll cede duties on the top unit to Lawson for the first eight games while he serves a suspension. The eight-game banishment should bump Collison's stock down more than it ought to in fantasy drafts, so the point guard makes for a good target in the middle rounds. He's been outstanding while starting the Kings' last two games, as he contributed 20 points and seven assists in the Kings' preceding contest Thursday against the Lakers.
