Coach George Karl said it's hard for Chris Andersen to play in back-to-back games. Anderson has a history of severe knee issues. He played 29 minutes on Sunday and then was a DNP-CD on Monday. Rookie Kenneth Faried is a better player and an actual part of the Nuggets' future core anyway.
