Coach Erik Spoelstra says F/C Chris Andersen will be active Wednesday against the Raptors. Andersen estimated he's currently at "75 percent" but expects to be in full basketball shape shortly. The Heat signed Birdman to a 10-day contract on Sunday, but he's expected to stay with the team beyond that. He'll offer the Heat some much-needed rebounding, defense and energy off the bench, but doesn't present a ton of fantasy value.
