Coach Dwane Casey is still deciding if Carroll will play in either Tuesday's game against the Cavaliers or Wednesday's matchup with the Warriors, so he's currently considered a game-time decision in advance of Tuesday's tipoff, Josh Lewenberg of TSN Sports reports.

Carroll had arthroscopic knee surgery late last season and the Raptors are likely just playing it safe with Carroll during the early portions of the 2016-17 campaign to avoid any aggravations, so they'll try and get him some rest every once in awhile. Tuesday and Wednesday's back-to-back set presents an opportunity to avoid extended work for Carroll, so he's expected to play in one, but not the other. However, Coach Casey has yet to decide on which outing he'll opt to use Carroll and a decision might not be made until pregame warmups are completed.
