According to Bulls' head coach Billy Donovan, Williams (wrist) has been cleared for full contact, K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago reports.

Williams hasn't played since Oct. 28 due to wrist surgery, but it sounds like he could be on the verge of returning soon after being cleared for full contact Wednesday. Donovan indicated that Williams could practice with the Windy City Bulls while the Bulls are away on their road trip, so it looks like he'll start ramping up right away with the goal of returning to the court by the end of March.
