C.J. Watson (right elbow) will not play against the Bobcats on Wednesday. The injury is to his shooting elbow and not to his left elbow, which was a problem back in 2012. Watson sitting out means Donald Sloan will likely crack the rotation while the Pacers could also run with a backcourt of Evan Turner and Lance Stephenson on occasion tonight. There are not many fantasy implications here.
