Chris Singleton, not Rashard Lewis, will start at small forward in Monday's game against the Raptors. Lewis had started the last eight games, but the Wizards have gone 2-6 during that span. They might as well play Singleton, their No. 18 overall pick. Singleton has started nine games this season, averaging 5.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.0 assists in those contests.
