Chris Andersen (back) missed shootaround and is expected to miss Friday's game against the Kings. He injured his back on Christmas Day and the Heat will have to replace his 18.0 minutes per game. Udonis Haslem was back in the rotation on Wednesday, so he will likely be the main guy that needs to step up.
