Cleveland Cavaliers forward Emoni Bates officially signed a two-way contract on Friday with the team that drafted him 49th overall this year. Bates received All-Mid-American Conference Third Team honors last year while he averaged 19.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game.
