Carroll has insisted that he's almost entirely healthy after missing most of the 2015-16 campaign following arthroscopic right knee surgery, but his play hasn't backed it up. He's only hit double digits in the scoring column on two occasions this season, and coach Dwane Casey has actively looked to limit the forward's playing time of late. Carroll has played between 20 and 22 minutes in each of the Raptors' last four contests.
