Carroll (back) will play and start in Wednesday's game against the Hornets, Raptors radio play-by-play announcer Eric Smith reports.

The Raptors haven't announced any sort of minutes restriction, so look for Carroll to take on a full workload like usual. With Carroll rejoining the starting five, P.J.
