Bullock was suspended Thursday for five games for violating the terms of the league's Anti-Drug Program, Chris Vivlamore of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bullock appeared in just 31 games for the Pistons last season while recovering from a left meniscus tear that left him out for an extended amount of time. When healthy, he served as the team's primary backup at shooting guard behind Kentavious Caldwell-Pope. For next season, while the state of Detroit's rotation is currently unknown, Bullock starting out the season inactive could open up an opportunity for Stanley Johnson to see extended time and establish himself as a key member of the rotation to open up his third NBA season.
