The report in question from ESPN's Chad Ford also cited sources saying Jennings was frustrated about the sides not being able to work out a long-term contract. We do feel inclined to mention that this specific rumor was mentioned in an ESPN Insider column and not in a news story. Jennings, who recently changed agents, will be a restricted free agent after the season, so rumors are bound to run rampant from now until the end of the season.
