Brandon Bass said Friday that he has been working on his ball-handling, defense, and rebounding over the summer. Make no mistake, this is not news and normally not worth a blurb. In fact, most of what you read this week during the throng of media days is a bunch of hot air. That said, Bass is a near-lock for late round value and has mid-round upside, as the shallow Celtics just paid the man and will need 30 mpg from him or more per night. As for the ball-handling, the man nicknamed "No Pass Bass" said he "isn't the PG" and nobody should expect a jump in assists or anything.
