EDGE Analysis
For most of the season, "Gobert" and "double-double" have been synonymous -- through his first 18 games, he had failed to accomplish the feat only twice. However, the big man entered Monday in a bit of a scoring slump, having totaled only 15 combined points on a meager seven field-goal tries over his previous two contests. Gobert was much more productive offensively against Portland, notching his fifth effort of 20-plus points on the campaign. In addition, he grabbed 16 boards and extended his streak of games with at least one blocked shot to eight.
