Bogut has agreed to a buyout with the Sixers and will become a free agent, Marc Stein of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bogut was traded from the Mavericks to the 76ers just prior to the trade deadline Thursday, but he was never expected to remain in Philadelphia and Monday's buyout was merely a formality. While there's a chance he ends up elsewhere, Bogut is currently expected to sign with the Cavaliers, which could be finalized at some point later this week. If he ends up with the Cavaliers as expected, he'd likely come off the bench behind Tristan Thompson at center and would provide a much-needed upgrade to their second unit.
