Bennett will be traded to the Timberwolves as part of the three-player Kevin Love deal, Yahoo! Sports reports. Andrew Wiggins and a protected 2015 first-round pick will also go to the Timberwolves in the deal. Iterations of this deal have been tossed around since LeBron James announced July 11 that he would return to the Cavaliers, but this latest report explicitly states that this three-player deal has been agreed upon in principle by the two teams. The only thing stopping the deal from becoming official immediately is the fact that Wiggins is unavailable to be traded until August 23, as he is untradeable during the 30-day rookie contract moratorium the teams are currently waiting to pass. A move to the Timberwolves should result in Bennetts' fantasy value increasing greatly in comparison to the value he would have held on the Cavaliers.
