Bass (coach's decision) didn't see the floor in Sunday's 107-100 loss to the Celtics.
EDGE Analysis
With Bass likely to pursue free agency in the offseason, it's possible the Lakers are looking to get an early head start on assessing some of their other frontcourt options for 2016-17. Bass, who has excelled in a reserve role to the tune of 7.2 points and 4.3 rebounds per game on 54.9 percent shooting over 66 appearances, will likely aim to land with a contender this summer. He could fail to leave the bench in a few more of the Lakers' contests over the final week-plus of the season.
