Barbosa scored 11 points (4-7 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT) in 17 minutes in Tuesday night's overtime win over Atlanta. This was just his second double-digit scoring effort in the past 15 games.
EDGE Analysis
Barbosa got more minutes than normal Tuesday, which generally doesn't happen in close games, but the Warriors were without key members Stephen Curry (ankle) and Andre Iguodala (hamstring). As such, the Warriors needed more from Barbosa and he was able to deliver it Tuesday. The 33-year-old plays a supporting role in the Golden State Warriors show, a role he's accepted, and doesn't usually offer much value on any given night.
