Arthur (calf) will not play Sunday against the Pelicans, Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post reports. Arthur will miss a second straight game as he battles a nagging calf strain. His status for Monday's game against Memphis is unclear, but with the Nuggets out of playoff contention, the team isn't going to rush him back.
